Everything was fine. There was a service I wanted to have done to at least make the car operational but they declined to do it. I think it was because they suspected I might take the assessment to another place to have the work done, but that was not the case and I stated it as much. It was a high mileage car and the dealership was only going to auction it off for cheap anyway ($500 - $1000 for trade) while work cost was more than that. And I had work on this vehicle of $1400 done in September of last year for a related issue. I wanted about $150 worth of service to drive it home more safely but they declined, so I drove it home anyway. I remain annoyed.

I loved the interactions with Carlos and Elizabeth. It was nice to have a transparent and honest discussion about my vehicle and what to expect when I came in. The shuttle service made my visits very nice and convenient. I will definitely be back.

Derek and Elizabeth always greet my family and I with respect, both on the phone and in person. They provide top notch customer service and always show the services they are providing.
