Treated me very good with my Toyota Sienna. They went to a good deal of work trying to determine what the knocking was. After determining that it was the transmission that would cost more to fix than the car was worth we declined to have it repaired. They put the car back together with NO charge for all of their work. Thanks Christian Brotheres. Very Well Done!!

I had an issue with a recent service appointment; the cabin air compartment panel door was removed as part of the service but was not replaced after service. After bringing this to the attention of the service advisor, Jim, he quickly went into action to get the door replaced the same day I spoke with him. I am pleased with Jim’s prompt response to resolve the matter. Thank you Jim!
