The frequent updates they send while working on our vehicles is very informative and they provide a cost to repair/replace their recommendations, this is a service we have not received from other auto service garages. I like the fact that your service owned there mistake and made good a minor overlooked plug gasket. Got an oil change on a tuesday, parked the car in the garage for the weekend, when I pulled it out the following week, I noticed an oil stain on the floor & brought it back to the shop. They quickly put it on the lift & determined the problem & fixed it while I waited. When it got time to pay..... they said "No Charge"! Reminds me of when a handshake was all that was needed!
