I love the supplied diagrams and video examples explaining the concept of how various mechanical systems function if they suggest a repair for issues found during the multipoint inspection. Their pricing is fair and the warranty for work performed exceeds any industry standard.

I think they really care about the customer, people that I have talked to while waiting in the lobby drive quite a long way because they trust them to be Honest in what needs to be done to their vehicles and they take the time to figure out what the problem is!

I was referred to you by my neighbors Jackie & Tim. I called and was told to bring my car and that they would look at it. I was told my car could be done by Friday, possibly Monday since they had to order parts. It was repaired Monday before noon. I was quoted a price for the repairs and was surprised to receive a new customer discount. The courtesy car drivers were pleasant and very nice to talk to. When my daughter and son-in-law asked me where i took my car to, they said that is where they bring their vehicles. I felt you were very honest and trustworthy and will bring my car there in the future. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

I was a bit disappointed this time around. A part was required but no one called to inform me of the delay. Then they said the car would be ready on Friday and it wasn't but again no one called to tell me it wasn't going to be ready. i got the car back on Monday.
