Their communication protocol with customers is great! I always feel comfortable about the decisions I must make for my 2007 Focus. I feel they provide all the details necessary for me to make an informed decision. That is why I keep going back to them.
The two people that interfaced with me - a gentleman and a young lady - were kind, accommodating, and eager to help. The young man, that ultimately changed my tire, was also thoughtful and considerate. I thought he clearly went out of his way to prevent any collateral damage, or otherwise sully anything during his handling of my vehicle. He was clean, organized, and thoughtful.
