Christian Brothers always tells me up front what the issues are and the cost. They help me to decide which repair is the priority. They have always gone out of their way to compensate me with a free oil change when they are not able to keep to their time line and keep me updated with any changes. They also did not charge me when a repaired part did not work as expected. I trust them. They perform quality work.

I experienced a critical engine misfire and a flashing CEL in my 06 Mercedes C230. I was able to drop my car off and within a day the problem was diagnosed. Not only that, they were able to get German parts same day which is so rare. They made the process painless from start to finish - once the diagnostic was complete, they sent a digital inspection report with photos and recommended repairs. The team called me and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be happier with Christian Brothers and would recommend them to anyone needing honest, ethical, and thorough work.

I like that they do a complete inspection of your vehicle, but they don’t push you to fix right away. There not pushy and I appreciate the honesty.
