It was fast and you guys were very straight up about what it’s gonna take to fix my car. Even when we decided not to fix it you guys were understandable and patient. Price is a little expensive but you get what you pay for and that’s what matters.

My car broke down just outside of Baker City as my wife and I were on our way to see our grandchildren in Kuna. Our Son in Law told us about Christian Brothers, so we had our Suburban towed just over 100 miles to there, they took it in immediately and fixed it while we were visiting. The inspection before work began. CB installed and new AC compressor that was faulty from the manufacture. It failed 1\2 mile from the shop, engine light came on, vehicle ran poorly. Having performed inspection before work began insured that there were no existing issues causing the new issues. CB of course replaced the faulty compressor and assured me that there was a warranty 2 year 32k mile on the work they performed.

I liked the fact I was not pressured into fixing things that could wait awhile until I could afford further repairs. I had polite and courteous interaction when I called to make appointment and when I dropped off and picked up my car. The young lady who gave me a ride home was pleasant and a good driver. I am 77 years old and it was a relief to find a automotive service that didn't take advantage of me. If you are a single woman who is afraid of getting ripped off please use Christian Brothers for all your car repairs.
