I brought in a pretty old pontiac firebird (1998, ~200k miles) for an oil change. They found several additional pieces of work that needed to be done, which I expected. But they didn't pressure me to do everything, and were pretty honest about some things that might not be worth doing given the age of my car. Additionally, there is some work I might choose to do myself, and they were pretty understanding about that as well. The mechanic did a really good job of working with me to create a plan to take care of each issue either through Christian Bros. or on my own over a time frame that would spread out the cost without risking a broken down car. In short, they were honest about the issues, but not pushy about getting me to pay for all the work right away.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Christian Brother's Automotive. All of the associates I had contact with were very nice, attentive, and knew their stuff! In addition, they were more than fair with their pricing. I had to have a starter replaced in my Honda and Christian Brother's did not charge me an arm and a leg like other companies might. I only wound up paying just over $350.00 for all of the work done to the car. To me, that's a great deal! I would definitely recommend Christian Brother's Automotive to anyone looking for fast, reliable work done by professional, well-trained people and at affordable rates.
