The person in the office was very helpful and kind. When you get news that you’re going to have to pay $2000 to repair your car, it’s nice to have a calm, gentle voice breaking the news. I didn’t feel pressured to get things done right that moment giving me time to think about how and when to have the repairs done.
Always super kind. They make things right if something goes wrong. They are great at communicating with me and making their recommendations when trying to decide what needs to be done in priority.
