I did like how thorough you guys were when it came to diagnostics and repair. Processing the claim took longer than I would have liked since when I contacted my warranty partner they informed me that the process was done electronically and not over the phone which could have been a quicker process. I also know now that it's a better idea to drop off my car earlier in the week since you guys are closed on the weekend. All in all I was really happy with the service though
