I compared the prices and services with other Automotive shops and CBA is closer to the right pricing. Furthermore, CBA actually documented with pictures what the problems are and shared them to the customer. No pushing of other unwanted and unnecessary services to the customer, and I appreciate that. I had great experience with CBA near Blackhawk and am glad there is a good one too near my home, specifically the one in Kirby. (Other nearby CBA have a number of negative reviews)

I have had two occasions when I needed work on my car. On both occasions I was greeted on the phone and in person by someone who was not just pleasant but genuinely nice. They listened to me and were honest about how they would approach the situation. They never over promised but have on both occasions over delivered. Car repair situations are worrisome and you have the fear of being oversold. That is not the situation at Christian Brothers, the communication is exceptional and you are provided with video or pictures of the work to be done, then you approve the work to be completed so you do not just get a random bill when you show up. Everything is upfront. They are my go to for any repairs I may need.

I like that I was able to make an appointment online, drop my car off for repair and was given a ride home by their courtesy driver. I liked how they sent me texts when they began diagnosing the problem, when they had a diagnosis and asked me to call them to explain the issue. I like that they sent me a complete estimate of all charges and even sent me a video explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. The whole process was pretty seamless and I had my vehicle back on a Friday afternoon so I could drive it that weekend. Just under 36 hours since dropping it off. My vehicle purrs like a kitten now.

This is the only place I have been to for several years for the state inspection for my car. Everyone here are professionals and friendly. Although I have not been here for other mechanical issues. While sitting in the waiting area. I can see and hear how others seem happy with the service. It seems Christian Brothers staffs explained in details of what seem wrong with their vehicles.
