I like the environment as soon as we walked in. We were taking care in less than 5 minutes. The service guy Justin, was very friendly and polite, and got back with me within a couple of hours with the issue of my vehicle. I intend to recommend others and continue to bring my business to your facility.

In spite of you're.
Tendency to over estimate problems.
The issues you did work on. we're done well. Diagnosing the problem with the actuators which was taken care of by that service bulletin.
was very welcome. I am sitting here. in The Middle of Nebraska. after two days of driving and haven't had any problems with the truck at all.
Hopefully that will continue for one more day until I get to NW Wisconsin.
I appreciate your concern in making sure my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. We initially thought we wouldn't be able to start our car and they were gonna get us a tow. When we got there, the guy who checked us in offered us water and snacks. Asked if we needed a shuttle anywhere. We ended waiting for our car and for a walk in appointment they got us in and out pretty fast, which is super nice because we have two little ones. I really feel like everyone is honest and they tell you what could be fixed on your car but there is no pressure and they let you know the urgency level of the maintenance needed.
