Christian Brothers Automotive in Falcon is the cleanest and nicest Automotive place I've ever been! They provided a coupon at the Falcon Discount Tires which was given to me when my lug nut needed to be broken off, due to cross threading, during my tires rotation at Discount. I called Christian Brothers and was able to get an appointment the very next day. They provided the repair for free and were sure to get the matching lug nut to the other four on our wheel. I appreciated that they didn't give me a long list of other things/ services to do with my vehicle. I was nervous they'd try to pressure me into more work, which isn't truly needed. I needn't have been worried because they upheld a high level of integrity. The entire staff was extremely helpful. I liked the text message updates throughout the process, keeping me updated. The waiting room was very comfortable and cozy, with water & snacks available. I'd recommend this Christian Brothers to my friends and family.

All the people involved from beginnig to end when I first walked in were very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job keeping me well informed through out the whole time I was there. I called for an appointment for an oil change and received one for the next day. The shop was very clean and professional looking. They completed the work within the time specified and also performed a complementary inspection to ensure there were no other problems. I will definitely be using them for my future vehicle maintenance.

Had check engine light on, showed it was the DEF tank heater. When I mentioned I had that replaced once under factory warranty the service writer said it may have an extended factory warranty. He then proceeded to check with dealer and found it did have extended warranty and said I should take to there to be repaired which I did. I really appreciate the honesty on all this, some places would not have told me this just to get the extra business. I will use Christian Brothers again when I need something done that I cannot do myself.
