I actually went to a different location for a state inspection, but their machine was down and I was referred to the Ave K location and have no regrets! I have low trust with mechanics after the last two "repairs" I had resulted in further damage to my vehicle, so I was a bit hesitant. From the moment I arrived, everyone was great. Stellar customer service and seriously the most empathetic company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did I get my state inspection, I came back for additional repairs and my husband brought his vehicle in as well. They were transparent about everything and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. This is absolutely our new shop.

Dustin your front office Manager makes the experience great. He is very kind and offers excellent customer service. He pays attention to minute details ,right from greeting the customer till the car is handed over to you. The guest area sofas are comfortable. Enough reading material and the rest rooms are clean. The car is serviced in a great way and any problems in the car is explained in detail by the technician.
