I was able to schedule my appointment a few days in advance at the time it was convenient for me. The staff has been kind, polite, courteous and do not rush you. I love the Christian music in the background, snacks, clean restroom and the ability to have someone drive me back to my home.

I enjoyed Robert and Kathy's customer service. Robert gave me a total that didn't match up with my quote. I was going to pay and leave, frustrated and embarrassed having gone over my budget, but he insisted on finding the discrepancy. It turned out that I had been charged for brake fluid when it wasn't necessary. He charged me what I was expecting and impressed me as well. Kathy was very kind, friendly, prompt. And accommodating. She's a keeper!

Customer service was very good, very friendly. My AC was not working blowing hot air. They inspected my SUV. They gave me all the information on my vehicle. Got my AC fixed, and among other fixes. AC runs cold now. Completely satisfied.
