Able to take care of me without an appt. when I had an emergency. Able to give me a ride to and from to keep me from having to wait hours in the waiting room (though it is a very comfy waiting room). Pleasant staff and fixed issue without problems.
My car is 15 yrs. old yet has just under 58K original miles. The original factory alternator just had to be replaced as well as the harmonic balancer. Christian Brothers in Alamo Heights is the only garage I trust because the owner has staffed his service area and office department with only those of the highest standards in customer service and attention to detail. Do you know of any other service garage that calls you AFTER your car is repaired to ensure all is well and the problem is resolved? This is the first vehicle repair company that has ever done that and I recommend them for your peace of mind as well as your safety in knowing the repairs needed will be completed.
Appointment are easy to make. Paul Sharp is right on top of all repairs and maintenance. Repairs are prompt and if it takes over a couple of hours. Eric will drive you home so you don't have too much down time. The bills or invoices are easy to understand and "best of all" they
give veterans and military personnel a Military Discount.
I always get good quality service at Christian Brothers Automotive Alamo Heights. I was having a problem with my a/c on my work van. Paul had the problem diagnosed by David Cody in the shop and they ordered the part and got me back in business within the hour. Time is money!
