The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check out was easily done via invoice app so when I pulled in, I was able to pick up the keys and hit the road. The team left a card and a candy in the car, which was a nice personal touch. Highly recommend

I liked the fact that I could go on the CBA website and pick an appointment time. I showed up on time and was helped immediately. The whole oil change was less than an hour at a reasonable price. I will be back to CBA if need be in the future.

Everything!! The customer service was excellent!!! The service was great. They were extremely informative and didn’t give me any false hopes or expectations. They were completely honest with me about my vehicle and my repairs. The turn around time was great. What I loved was it was done faster than I expected!!! What I really loved was that they were realistic and honest about parts and labor. They also gave me a ride home so that I wouldn’t be stranded waiting at the auto repair shop!! It was the best experience I have had with an auto repair shop ever!
