I decided to go to Christian Brothers because they are close to home and they recently opened. They listened to me regarding the concerns of my car and were very open and honest. My car has over 120K miles and had the check engine light. With my scanner I found out that there was a misfire on cylinder #3. They did a thorough analysis and gave me a very accurate diagnostic. I can say that because I shared it with a friend who is a mechanic and he was impressed. The costs are also within range (my friend also confirmed that). Ultimately, they recommended option#1 (the cheapest) and the check engine is gone. I also wanted them to change the break fluid; however, they told me to first fix the check engine to avoid extra expenses on my side, as replacing the break fluid was not that urgent. They also changed the oil and the cost was lower compared to other locations I investigated in previous days.

Everything! Always a friendly greeting when we arrive. Immaculate reception and waiting area. Efficient check-in process. Excellent communication throughout the process. The detailed report we receive is impressive. We are confident that we are getting an honest assessment. For example, “here is the measurement on your front brakes. They are still safe, but we will check again next time.” Our experience at the dealer was that they were always trying to upsell something—early replacement of tires, brakes, etc. We trust you and your automotive technicians.

The waiting area was conducive for working remote on my laptop, the snacks and drinks available were appreciated. Their report out of the work done (especially the photos) was high quality. Loved the little gift bag of chocolate!

Fantastic customer service. Courtesy ride home from very friendly Tina. Wonderful atmosphere inside the lobby with extremely comfortable chairs and snacks! Coffee!!! The team worked quickly on my car and was very fair and transparent about the diagnosis! No un needed work was suggested. You get text updates along the way, and pictures of areas of your car to keep an eye on. Really great service. Highly recommend. Will keep going back for regular maintenance. 4th oil change is free!
