I have been dealing with the dealership for years. I was under the impression the dealership only had specific parts. The last few experiences with the dealership have been terrible. I have paid thousands for subpar service and continued issues. They have laughed at my concerns and there was always a continued issue. Christian Brothers Automotive was there to my rescue. After paying for my AC to be fixed at the dealership, my vehicle was blowing hot air. I also paid for new breaks and they continued to squeak. Without question Christian Brothers took the time to respectfully listen to my issues and made sure they were going to inspect my vehicle to make sure they find and fix the issues. Not only did they find the AC problem quickly, the squeaky breaks were also addressed. They gave a thorough online report on all things investigated. This report was PERFECT because I am not a mechanic and I could go back and look at the report and what needed to be done. Sometimes a “phone call” with what is wrong is not always best. Their investigation and recommendations were fair. To top everything off- they were so fast and efficient. I will be back and I will recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10.
