My experience as a customer was great! I spoke with three different people during the two days our vehicle was being serviced, and all three of them were great at communicating, ensuring that the heard what I was saying, and following through on what they said they would do.
First time that I was in there I was wanting an alignment and they told me that A ball joint was too loose for an accurate alignment. So I have that fixed and came back and they did a rotated and alignment final price of less than they estimated.
They gave me an accurate assessment of what my vehicle needed and they did not want to replace any unnecessary parts. I also appreciated the family environment and their their sensitivity to the cost of repairs. There are some really nice people that work there!!!!!
My family all drive cars that are all 10+ years old. Some items need immediate attention and some things can wait. I trust CB to tell me what things are needed and when. I don't have to second-guess the information they give me and I can send my wife and kids across country in our older vehicles without concern of it breaking down on them.

We dropped our car off due to a check engine light. Your team evaluated the car and replaced some basic spark plugs. Then the day after we picked up our car the check engine light came back on. Not sure how to remedy this. [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]
