My mom had had intermittent issues with the brakes on her Chevy Blazer for several months. These issues always coincided with her long trips to & from North Georgia to Central Florida, usually around the Atlanta area. We've had the Blazer checked out by mechanics in N. Georgia and in Florida. It was always the same story. 'Everything checks out fine. We can't find a problem.' Well this time the brakes stopped working and stranded my 80 yr old mom South of Atlanta on her way North, late in the evening. AAA took her to your facility and to a hotel and you guys fixed the hard to find problem. Thx, Her son.
The caring and willingness of the staff to always be helpful is a plus when trusting your vehicle to someone. You want to know that your concern is being heard and they are working to ensure the problem is solved.

p.s. This survey group needs to add directions for completing the survey. Luckily, this time I guessed correctly. This is the first online survey I have encountered that uses the "reply" key to get to the submit page. Most surveys have a "click here" to complete survey.
