I was stuck in a city, traveling and during a busy week, they got me in same day. They did their best to get me fixed up same day but complications occurred and we had to stay another day. They kept me Informed and were very helpful.

I’m the new number one fan of this place! I did not even know this place existed at the new mall between Dairy Queen and Super One fuel station until my car broke down. They were so helpful and fast, they had it diagnosed by that afternoon. They also have very friendly free transportation who gave me a ride and made sure I got where I needed to be when I needed to be there! Thought my car may never drive again given it’s milage but it was all ready to go Monday by noon. Drives like new! They were very kind and courteous at checkout! Ten out of ten would recommend!!

Generally, Christian Brothers is a top notch organization. I like the communication, texts, emails etc. The reception staff are friendly and do their best to help me. The courtesy driver is great. I did have a couple of issues. When I brought my car in, I was concerned about two lights on the dashboard. One is off for I believe that one was an engine issue that was solved. The other light is still on. I have no idea what it is. The oil indicator still says the oil is low. An oil change was completed but the indicator was not adjusted.

Harrison was courteous and professional when I called. In a pinch, after leaving the Cadillac dealership with a quote >$400 to change my headlight bulb, Harrison was able to get me in right away to do the work instead for <$300 and he definitely earned my business! The waiting area was clean and comfortable like somebody’s living room, and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable (as I listened to several customer conversations while I waited for mine). Thank You again for a great experience all around!
