I always love going to Christian Brothers because I always know how long it will take to get a service done. If anything comes up during a service, they always update me with my options and what to do, and if I choose to decline a service, they give me a printout of what needs to be done and a timeline for when so I can come back in the future if I don't opt to get it fixed that day. Always very helpful and informative!

Every time I take one of my vehicles in to Christian Brothers for service it is a positive experience. They greet me warmly, listen carefully to any requests or concerns I might have, and thoroughly inspect the vehicle for any other issues that I should be aware of. Their work has always been good, timely, and in line with their estimates. Most of all, I always feel that the work they have recommended is necessary, that they will let me know if other work may be necessary on a future visit, and that they have my best interest at heart.

It was easy to book an appointment and drop off was quick and painless. Once they had evaluated my vehicle we had a lengthy discussion going over everything they had found. They helped me work through each suggestion rather than simply upselling everything. I felt like their prices, while not extraordinarily cheap, were very fair and I’d gladly pay for exceptional service.
