CBA is consistently honest and forthcoming, checking things proactively and showing detailed videos for any repairs that are needed. The estimate process is thorough and gives the customer the freedom to choose only the services they prioritize. As a mechanic myself, I trust CBA to do any work I don't have the time or equipment to do efficiently for any of my vehicles.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in years. Christian Brothers were honest, prompt and respectful. I walked in because of a vibration on my truck and they went out of their way to get my truck ready for my trip the next day. I will 100% only use them from now on. Thank guys!

First - the friendliest people in the world. Second - they had the shuttle, which was so convenient. Third they were able to diagnose two situations and get everything fixed. And they had free snacks and drinks !!

I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers despondent after dealing with Carvana and SilverRock - their warranty provider and the folks at Christian Brothers handled everything and got everything fixed that needed to be fixed and I didn't have to spend hours on the phone and web chat with 20 different people anymore. They not only fixed everything but had it done well before their estimated time. Great folks, great service. You made me a customer for life now!

Responsive and communication was the best I’ve had for services. Appreciate the tech involved in showing what’s being done. I would like to see a list of the parts actually installed OEM vs after market. And then after pictures to go along with the before. But overall I definitely will continue to use Christian Brothers for my vehicle.
