As a first time buyer we didn't know what to expect. But Christie answered all of our questions and taught us a lot of things to look for in houses. We really felt comfortable when viewing homes that, based on what Christie told us and what we learned we could make an informed decision. In a very difficult time for home buyers Christie kept us feeling comfortable and confident until we finally had an offer accepted on our new home. After the accepted offer Christie stayed available to us and by our side to help with the process up until and even after closing. We couldn't have done this without her.

We bought through an estate, which came with it's own unique set of challenges and hurdles that we had to jump through. However, Rylee kept us up to date and pushed the sellers agent and attorney to provide updates and make sure we were able to close within a few days of our expected date, and even were able to get us an exception to move in over a weekend rather than a Monday which was best for our schedules. Buying a home is always stressful, especially in this market! However, when selling our current home, Rylee and Christine's relationships with buyers in the market led to us getting an an amazing offer and we avoided listing it, and the hassle that comes with having showings and open houses. Overall it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier in our new home!!

I consider myself lucky to have had Christine as my real estate agent. She was professional, knowledgable, didn't waste time on things that didn't matter, and was personable. I purchased a small inexpensive foreclosure, but the history on the place and the bank that held the property made the deal tricky and time consuming and after a while it did not feel like a small deal. Christine stuck with the deal and helped me with the details. I have other contacts I could have followed to get an agent but the night I was looking and found my property online (on Trulia I think) I was in a mood and clicked on the "request info" button and gave my phone. Something I almost never do. Turned out a real good thing.

Christine was extremely knowledgeable, had 25+ years of experience and went above and beyond to sell our home and keep us informed. She offered assurances during frustrating times while still maintaining reality checks to keep us focused on the end result. If she didn’t have answers to our questions, she would make inquiries until she had them and get back to us with answers. We moved from the Buffalo, NY area to Southwest Florida. This was a frustrating and daunting transition, yet talking to Christine somehow made this change less traumatic. She is an asset to her company and to all of her clients.
