I knew I picked the right real estate agent when I selected Christine to sell my parent's home. My parents house was a unique property and there were not many comparables around to establish a price. We worked together and agreed to a listing price that was on point. The home was under contact in a week with a strong offer. Christine knew the area and has a great network of professionals she has worked with to help with the property. I was out of state for the listing and she took care of everything that needed to be done. She helped to clean out the property and get it ready for closing. I felt I could trust her every step of the way. If there was a question or issue, she handled everything with confidence and saw any problem to conclusion. I can't recommend her enough and would use her again without hesitation. I think she is very strong in selling estates.

Christine and her teammate Rylee were committed to me and selling this house all the way. They went the extra mile, did a lot of extras, and explained everything and communicated every step of the way. They had all the answers. A can-do approach. Did the best to get the house ready, on the market, and sold quickly, at maximum market price. The paperwork was easy, and the process was done with no hitches. I highly recommend them for their commitment, professionalism, energy, and answering all questions every step of the way. The best!

As a first time buyer we didn't know what to expect. But Christie answered all of our questions and taught us a lot of things to look for in houses. We really felt comfortable when viewing homes that, based on what Christie told us and what we learned we could make an informed decision. In a very difficult time for home buyers Christie kept us feeling comfortable and confident until we finally had an offer accepted on our new home. After the accepted offer Christie stayed available to us and by our side to help with the process up until and even after closing. We couldn't have done this without her.

We bought through an estate, which came with it's own unique set of challenges and hurdles that we had to jump through. However, Rylee kept us up to date and pushed the sellers agent and attorney to provide updates and make sure we were able to close within a few days of our expected date, and even were able to get us an exception to move in over a weekend rather than a Monday which was best for our schedules. Buying a home is always stressful, especially in this market! However, when selling our current home, Rylee and Christine's relationships with buyers in the market led to us getting an an amazing offer and we avoided listing it, and the hassle that comes with having showings and open houses. Overall it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier in our new home!!
