This is the second time within less than two years we have done business with Chris. The first time he was our buyer's agent and the second time he took care of the listing and selling of the house (seller's agent). I got referred to Chris Chris by a colleague. I later found out that he had helped many of my colleagues and coworkers buy and sell their houses. This alone pretty much tells the story. Chris is the type of person that you will certainly recommend to others. His experience in the business shines through in everything he does. His self-assuredness means that he focuses on getting you the home that you want and not just making a fast buck. As first-time home buyers/sellers, he took the time to explain the entire process to us and gave us numerous tips on what to look for when buying/selling a house. He was always available to answer our many questions. Chris puts a lot of thought and creativity into the listing process - much more than what I have come to see with other realtors. All his efforts are geared toward ensuring that the home is bought/sold for the best possible price. Chris is also a great listener and despite his vast and greater experience in the business than us, he took all our suggestions very seriously and incorporated them when he saw they would be beneficial. I could go on and on about how positive our dealings with Chris were, but I will stop here so as not to make this write-up too long.
