I was not expecting my order to be delivered same day and while that's really convenient and great if I'm ever in a pinch, I was heading out of town when I placed my order and was so surprised when I saw that it was getting delivered same day. I had to have my neighbor bring it inside for me since I was gone. I went back and saw that I had selected shipping and so had anticipated it taking 3-5 days to get to me instead of the same day. It was super nice but I would have appreciated a heads up!

The process of ordering and delivering my pup’s food was simple and it was here within a few hours when I was thinking it’d be 2-3 days. Also, a few years back when my late Great Dane was battling and auto-immune disease with little to no appetite due to the medicine, the staff at the Shakopee Chuck & Don’s took their time and walked me through multiple options even making sure the wet food we decided on would be well stocked as Pippa, being a Great Dane, ate a lot. I’ll never forget that kindness as I was going through heartbreak and panic. Bryn, my Mixed Breed, also loves the treats she gets on our visits.
