I've been coming here for 15 years and absolutely love the staff and other members. It's a fantastic place to push yourself or to just have fun with friends without the toxic gym culture. The class instructors provide the energy and knowlege in a group setting but with individual attention, if needed. Great community vibe!

The gym is clean and well laid out. The equipment is generally in good repair. The desk staff are friendly and personable, especially Aaron and Ray. Good, healthy vibe in the gym. Gets a little crowded at times; that is to be expected for a gym of this caliber.

It’s available around the clock. The facility is always being maintained and cleaned. Weight equipment is tended to when damaged. Usually repaired in a day or two. Members are focused on their workout. The vibe is friendly and inviting.
