Their kindness, encouragement, and engagement with me and other patrons mean so much to me. Please keep them happy and value them as the wonderful, talented, caring people they are. THEY create a sense of community and make this gym a sweet-spot for me.

Really Nice the AC is perfect! All the complainers should understand probably out of the control of the managment, staff is good, equipment is what it is, bit all in all good people!

I work out very early in the AM and 24hr availability is important. The equipment is ok but may need some update. However, it has what I need. Nice to work out with the same people at some forsaken hour 3:45 to 4ish start time.

People are great. I wish they had a third deadlift platform sometimes. Childcare is great. AC is getting fixed so that’s good. Music can be hit or miss sometimes lol. But overall for 55 bucks a month I get a lot for my money.
