Recently I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Arganzo, the assistant manager at the Chuze Fitness location on Monument Road. I spoke with him in the morning regarding an issue with my membership. He listened carefully, promised to look into the matter, and called me back that afternoon with a complete solution. I truly appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to resolving my issue. It is rare to receive such reliable and ethical service. I like this gym a lot the layout is good and the variety of equipment is great. It’s kept quite clean as well. My only complaint is the AC not working in the main gym floor.
