The early morning classes have extraordinary instructors - they make it almost enjoyable to exercise!! I like that it's small facility, and everyone is very nice and approachable. Since Chuze has taken it over, it's starting to get updated also.

I love the women’s area that they have. I have been a member for 20 plus years and I know there doing renovations and I hope they will keep this room. Other gyms don’t have this . Please please consider keeping this room it’s important to us ladies.

I love the separate women's workout room and the sauna. I also like the size of the gym...not so big that it echos or feels overwhelming. Staff is very friendly.
