Recently I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Arganzo, the assistant manager at the Chuze Fitness location on Monument Road. I spoke with him in the morning regarding an issue with my membership. He listened carefully, promised to look into the matter, and called me back that afternoon with a complete solution. I truly appreciate his professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to resolving my issue. It is rare to receive such reliable and ethical service.
