There are new and more exciting fitness classes to choose from. A few suggestions that I have is that some of the machines are worn down and should be replaced. Also it would be nice to see a cleaning staff wiping down all the machines throughout the day. I have been a member of your gym and I have never seen anyone clean the machines other than the members. It would help keep the gym germ free and prevent people from getting sick. It would also show that you promote a clean healthy environment for your customers.

All the equipment fits my needs. Just don’t like people on their phones while on a piece of equipment I go do sets on other machines or free weight and that person is still on the same piece of equipment. MORE SETS, LESS TEXTS!!!!!

The bathrooms/showers always smell of urine and sometimes feces. A blow dryer and provided towels would be nice which is what my previous gym offered. You have a phenomenal staff and great amenities so I'm really nitpicking
