The staff are very friendly. The facilities are clean. Equipment is repaired timely. Customer concerns are addressed. Liz is the absolute best. I’ve been going to this gym 5-6 days a week for over a year and no one works harder than she does. I’d like to see periodic reminders and more signage about members not talking on their phones while working out and about wearing earphones while listening to music or videos on their phones. Maybe these messages could be communicated through the app or on the Chuze television channel???
