I love this gym!!! All locations are awesome really. 22nd though is my regular go to location and I really appreciate the staff there, especially Abraham and Nastia, they are awesome!! Always welcoming, know me by name, will take a second to chat with me, It makes the gym feel really welcoming. Keep it up guys. Negative feedback, the hours..... I'm use to weird gym hours, and perhaps I'm the only one, but being able to go to the gym at 11pm on a Saturday/Sunday is the best feeling. I don't know if you'd consider a special access type addition to the More membership, but it could be treated as a Documented access pass that will only allow you in if you signed in online before hand, and you come by yourself. If you bring another person due to guest privileges then you must add the License/have their profile signed in as well. You're already doing amazing, its just, the hours seperate you from the competitors. Closing at 10 on the weekdays and 9 and then 8 Fri Sat Sun ... For the people addicted to the gym it can be frustrating 😅. Thank you for your time, have an amazing day!
