I've tried several gyms, but Chuze is the best by far. My one and only complaint stems from the fact that a Chuze employee who helped me was not able to answer some of the questions that I posed to him. My Physical Therapist observed that I'm performing certain exercises incorrectly because the muscles I'm supposed to be using have become "lazy" or "asleep" (I think he said they were "atrophied"), so my body is using the surrounding muscles when performing these exercises. He instructed me to look for certain machines in the gym that will isolate the adjacent muscles and force me to use the proper ones, which the gym employees should be able to help me with. But when I posed a few questions regarding which machines target these specific muscle groups, the employee basically just recited the information that is printed on each machine. It seemed he was not able to explain which ones are better at isolating the muscles I was asking about. Other than that, I am totally satisfied with Chuze.
It's conveniently located for me. Staff are friendly and welcoming. All recent changes have been positive in that it is being kept clean, neat and up to date. The machines are well maintained.
I loved Chuze Fitness. The staff , equipment. classes, etc. was great. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership due to personal reasons, but i would recommend Chuze to anyone looking for a great gym!
