I like this place, the theater could be a lil darker tho lol, I think it’s not a big deal but the Some of the girls don’t greet you and continue with their conversations it makes me Feel like a nuisance to them and it’s intimidating to ask for help from them. Other than those two things this place is where it’s at

I love how friendly the staff are and how clean the facilities are. It is rare that the equipment I want to use isn’t available. Some issues with my last exercise class I took there but otherwise always a good experience.

I like the different options to exercise and the saunas! The only feedback I have is it would be nice if the gym stayed opened an hour or two later on the weekends. Other than that this Chuze location is great and will continue to use this gym until I move.

Starting right at front desk, my experiences tell me that the staff is friendly and helpful. The machines are numerous and work properly. The locker room appears clean. Only one suggestion. I would like to see soap in the showers. Both times i tried a shower, good water pressure but no soap.

I’d love it if kids club was open at 3-4:30 (after school) timeframe. It can be hard to send my kids later in the evening bc if conflicts with activities and dinner.

Well organised, well managed, clean, tidy, staff well informed, staff maintain a clean, tidy workplace beyond compare at other well know facilities. Cleaning wipes provided and freely available for everyone to maintain a spick and span workout area. Found machines well maintained clean and nearly always available without waiting in line. Yes, love this gym and highly recommend to all.
