I really like the gym and its affordability! The equipment is very nice, butSometimes it’s way too crowded, but that probably has to do with the affordability. My one request is that you get a different brand of kettle bells. They don’t have good grips on them so when your hands get sweaty, it’s harder to maintain a safe grip while doing things like kettlebell swings or Turkish get ups. Thank you for being a great Jim employees are always very nice.

I love the team training classes with Ray, Emily, heather, & marysol ! Ray also does the turf training and he’s so amazing ! Charlie who does the bodypump class on Tuesdays is also super awesome ! Lei does the studio heated barre class on Saturdays and it’s great for toning and sweating and just great vibes ! 5 stars to all of them ! The classes have workouts for the day and all the equipment you need in the room. Amaroo pops into the classes and gives us tips and brings fun energy to the class. The workers at the front are super friendly and the kids club is amazing my daughter loves it she’s 2 and this was the first time she went into a daycare type setting they love her !

My Chuze gym is right behind my house so location is perfect! The price is decent and I love the movie theater with the exercise equipment in it - brilliant! However you Chuze picks horrible movies!!! I’m a 61 year young woman and I feel you only care about teenage boys viewing pleasure….. the movies lately super suck with parts 2 thru like 6 all month long of dumb movies like Fast and the Furious, the entire Batman and Star Wars enterprises….etc. Honestly I won’t go to the gym on the days the movie sucks and it’s sad to say I did not go very much during May and June 2025 (in April I went to Chuze gym like 12 times).

I like the staff, equipment and atmosphere. Most of those I've shared space or encountered have been great. I did encounter an individual who chose to think their assumed privelige to provoke me was ok, but I handled immediately without the assistance of staff. I've not had this incident before or since afterwards. Additionally several think The workout stations are a place to scroll and text on their phones. This is inconsiderate as well. When this gas occurred, I've adjusted myself to use the other machines until that one is unoccupied. The aforementioned does not have me to consider a different rating than I gave.

I honestly only go for the pool and I have gone months in between going because of my experience with the women's locker room. There is always at least one person filming or taking pictures. The way the mirrors are set up it is impossible to not be in the background of their pictures. I resorted to changing in wet shower stalls and most recently just changed at work and had my swim wear under my regular clothes and go home with wet clothes, swim wear on to avoid having to deal with changing in the locker room. Not the best experience. Your staff is friendly and supportive. The pool always seems clean. The paint is definitely starting to peel in the poole area but that's to be expected I suppose with a steamy, wet room.
