Chuze has everything and more. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I hate gyms but this is the only one I happily go to and enjoy. 😊 a great environment to be in, and the pricing is realistic and affordable!! I hope these things never change. The only thing that makes me sad is that they don’t have very many gyms. I’m moving to another part of Sacramento soon and there isn’t a Chuze nearby, so I’ll have to drive about 20 min to go to the gym :(

I love it over all I always feel welcomed at the door and just over all . The equipment is always fixed super fast if broken or replaced . My little one loves the kids area and the staff there is always welcoming especially Katia.

Chuze has everything. Starting from when you first walk in and receive the wonderful friendly greeting from the staff. Everything is well run, organized, and there are so many activities to choose from. Each week someone tells me about a new activity. Everyone is so supportive.

It is a very nice place to work out and offers a lot of extras like the sauna, massage chairs etc. The coaches in the group training and yoga classes are great and pay attention to your workout.

I like many things I love that you have a pool I love having water aerobics I would like more of that. I love that there's a diversity of classes I would like more options for those especially on the weekends and maybe during the week. I like that there's lots of different options and I like the way it is set up you don't feel like it's a meat market or somebody's trying to offer you paid training

I love the atmosphere in the gym. It's upbeat, positive. There are plenty of machines so I never have to wait. I can be in my own world but in the midst of lots of people, if that makes any sense. I think my favorite place in the gym right now is the theater. It makes my time on the treadmill go by so fast!

I love Chuze - it is the only gym I'll go back to, and I will be back. Just stepping away for health reasons for about a year. Chuze is clean, affordable, has a friendly vibe, and an insane list of workout classes with all the amenities. I'll see you when I'm healthy again!

Chuze is a great gym. The facilities are clean and there is enough equipment to meet the demand even during peak hours. My wife especially loves the fitness classes and the instructors that teach them. One suggestion for improvement: add soundproofing between the kids club and the relaxation room, it is impossible to fully benefit from the zero gravity chairs and water massage chairs when you can constantly hear rowdy children frolicking through the shared wall
