By far the best gym I’ve been apart of. Never had a smoothie bar at a gym and that’s a plus. The equipment is amazing, the bathroom are always clean, the sauna/recovery rooms are another great plus. at the Citrus Heights location every team member is very friendly and welcoming. I’ve yet once left without one of them greeting you. Great gym

I really enjoy Chuze because it is very convenient and it is always clean. If a machine is out of order, it is quickly fixed and back in rotation. My only complaint is the most popular classes fill up so quickly and I wish they could add more. It is also very busy and at times hard to find a space to use free weights. I know that is not an issue with Chuze! It is just so busy because everyone loves Chuze!

There are three things that I love about that gym the most. The first one is the hours they have very flexible hours throughout the week so you can come get your workout whenever you need. Secondly the staff is very friendly and helpful they make you feel like family when you come in. Lastly the setup of the gym and the amenities it makes it very easy for me to get what I need in regards to my fitness and some of my nutritional needs if I don’t wanna make it at home so keep up the good work, Chuze.

Great staff, clean facility, variety of equipment options, great amenities. I would like to see a regular sauna as an option versus 2 infra red versions. But it's a great gym. I had to quit for personal reasons, but I am considering rejoining.

Love the team training classes! Caitlyn is the absolute best and I wish she taught every single class 😁 I love the extra amenities and that I'm always greeted when I walk through the front door. This gym is a place I want to be!
