When you walk in, all associates say Welcome! It seems so robotic; you may as well have a voice motion-actuated response for coming and leaving. I feel that if an associate misses saying it, they are not doing a good job. Most stores do this in an effort to feel more friendly and inviting. It feels forced most of the time. In other words, it is not natural but rehearsed. If, for starters, they were to acknowledge the time of day, it would feel more authentic, such as saying "good morning" good afternoon, " or " good evening.
The warm welcoming and friendliness of the staff.
The availability and quality of workout equipment.
The care we as members take in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
The variety of classes and expertise of the trainers/instructors.
Thank you.
It seems like the machines are breaking down more and more frequently. Usually they seemed to be repaired on a timely manner, but recently, it’s felt like the machines are down longer. It can also get crowded, but I’m sure that a problem for me and not for the company
Friendly staff, clean facility, cleaning wipes available, great hours of business, options for working out, competitive prices, down time on broken equipment is minimal.
