Now that they added more equipment and made another section to workout the gym is less crowded. But than again I go between 2 pm and 4 pm when it's less crowded. The restroom area can still look more cleaner but it has improved a little.

Ive been a member for years and stopped going past few months but i finally returned this weekend and was pleasantly surprised by all the renovations and new equipment brought in. I love this cudahy location as they have so many squat machine options and new equipment and many more stair machines. Great job

The expansion, the newer equipment. That I still have yet to use. I like how the squat racks have their own separate room. I just wish there were fans or some sort of air circulation. Also where the leg machines are and the chest fly machines are , that section feels like it can beosha hazard. There is no air movement what so ever , brought my own mini fan. I also wish Chuze did not remove the deadlift platforms. But over all good gym.

You can workout anywhere, but what stands out is the staff that is absolutely amazing. They are all so helpful and always engaging. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave they always have a positive energy. It’s always a great way to begin and continue my day. Also the class instructors do a great job keeping you motivated. And it’s always clean.

I love that this gum is extremely clean. People are actually working out and not staring at you! Wish they kept the pool but other than that the place is very appealing . Machines are well kept and clean. I love everything about this gym especially the kids club where I can drop off my child for a good hr or so and still focus on my health. Thank you choice of cudahy. You guys are all very sweet helpful and amazing.
