I have been a member since 2017 (I think) and life and situations have gotten in the way of a consistent use of my membership. But I have now retired and have more time and energy to make use of my membership - I have come faithfully since 1-23-2025 (except when I am out of town visiting children). I love the atmosphere, the other gym users are great and friendly and I can't say enough about the morning staff - all of them are energetic, welcoming and call you by name. I use the Cypress store and it is always tip top clean. Equipment is always well maintained ready to use. I really enjoy my membership that includes use of the hydro beds and sauna - a great reward for a work out.
