Just having a place where I have plenty of choices for cardio at the end of the day is very valuable to me. Sometimes the gym and free weights get a bit too crowded, but for the most part I like the setup ever since the redesign of the entire area. The price is fair and highly competitive with no contract. Everyone at the gym seems to be working towards their goal and some are overweight like me and just starting or re-starting our health journey.

I feel very blessed and thankful that I live in an area where I can pivot between Cypress, Anaheim and Fullerton. With all of these options I have so many classes to choose from. Literally all of the instructors push and challenge us. I absolutely love the group setting environment. Amazing people that make this happen!!! @ Cypress Kandice A, Shari & Kanani making it run smoothly she’s always out and about interacting with us all ) @ Anaheim Dara, Dawn, Sanna, Shawna, Tracy, Greg, Cesar, Stephen, Mikenna @ Fullerton Megan, Shawna T & of course Nina is always pumping up the classes or even stepping in and leading some of them. She’s always wanting to know what we think about the clubs, instructors and how to improve. I’m so blessed to be apart of this family!!!

Very clean, open space, convenient parking, friendly staff. They always rethink of ways to move around equipment and workout area so that it is very creative and convenient. Building is tucked away in a less than busy thoroughfare which makes it easy to access. Very enjoyable experience.
