I like Chuze Denver because the equipment is usually working and the facility is clean. If I have a concern about the club, it’s that there is so many members, and it gets very crowded at rush-hour times. It makes my workout more difficult to accomplish in the timeframe that I have available.
The staff is great. I use the hydro massage every visit and it has made a difference in my life. There is an excellent variety of weight lifting machines. The members are always respectful and kind. I like using my points to buy snacks or smoothies.
Please make it so we can book Kids Club slots on the app so we know if there is a spot for our kid BEFORE we get them loaded up into the car and drive over
I like how I’m able to get my work outs done in a timely matter the staff are very friendly and the gym is always clean. Since I started to go to Chuze fitness I haven’t looked back there’s always a good vibe with everyone even if u don’t know everybody. Chuze Fitness is a excellent gym 10 out of 10.
I attended Annette's Aqua Party on Wednesday and I still find her classes to be the most challenging. The next day, I popped into Littleton and jumped on the Octane Pro 4700 and tried a few minutes. My legs were sore and then it popped into my head that I did her class with the resistance bands ( I also bought some resistance bands because it is so great). This club also has a lateral machine that seldom gets used but is challenging. I will have to explore the Lift Lab at other locations, but I think I prefer the Team Training which is what I joined for.
It is a very popular club and I believe that the staff should be paid more here than other locations because they are always hustling.
One suggestion. Some of the team trainers talk the entire time during class. So much so that we can’t hear the music and it gets really annoying because it’s incessant noise. So much so that then I just try and drown them out.
