I like Chuze, I have been going to gyms for 30 years. This one is lively and well-run. Recently after going to Chuze for 2 1/2 years, I noticed they had reduced the useful space for members. They took the Cinema out, which was a good choice, made it into a workout Lab, which is also great, but just this week they have made it passcode protected against members who do not pay more in fees. So while we waited through all construction, lost a feature, then had it re-open, we are now being told we cannot use the space unless we jump to a new level of membership. Looking at "free space" where gymgoers can utilize free weights and floor mats, there are maybe areas for 8 people at a time, if we space out on the turf. Today, there were a total of 12 people trying to squeeze in, because they had been pushed out of the Lab. I am disappointed.
I LOVE the variety and volume of classes offered. That was the main reason I switched from 24 Hour Fitness to Chuze. Second, it was the membership pricing. Since the start of my membership in January 2025, I've come to really enjoy the smoothies and massage chairs. Although I have yet to workout independently on the floor, the rest of the gym is expansive and offers so much to members. The staff is always very friendly and the gym is kept clean.
I enjoy being in an environment that you can feel freely yourself no judgments i’ve had help from a few of the employees and staff who have helped with my form and explained the points to me they have amazing snack and shakes
The staff is friendly, the gyms are well-equipped and well cared for, it is extremely sanitary, and guests are considerate and appropriate. I never feel uncomfortable.
I like the lift lab since there’s more squat racks in there. Only thing that needs to be fixed is most of the lockers with the code do not work and it’s annoying to have try 4 different lockers before finding one you can put your stuff in.
