The front desk staff are very service forward and friendly. I LOVE the instructors (Kelly and Vanessa) for Zumba. The ONLY reason I would not wholeheartedly recommend this gym is that if you are like me, you care about studio classes. This is the worst room I’ve ever been in for studio classes. (Except for 24 North Co Fair.). It needs to face the wide way — not the short way and you need full mirrors on the wide wall. When classes are full you end up not being able to see the instructor, or someone moves too much or too little and blocks your view, or you dance on the rubberized mat flooring. No bueno.

Everything is great! Thank You. One thing needs improvement- You need a few seats in the front areas for people to sit and use their cell phones, so they are not camped out on the machines.

The staff is very friendly personable and caring which feels like they are part of our fitness community. I really like their constant commitment to keeping the club CLEAN and they do a good job at it. It is a bit frustrating that so many of the lockers near the front door don't function properly with no resolution or clear timeliness for repair.

I’m continually impressed by how clean and well-maintained this gym is. There’s always someone on the floor wiping down equipment, and it's rare to see an "out of order" sign—if one does pop up, it’s gone within a day or two. I used to be an Equinox member, but I ended that membership because I wasn't using it enough to justify the high cost. This gym, on the other hand, has exceeded my expectations. The machines are high quality, the facility is spotless, and the value is unbeatable. It’s the kind of gym you'd expect to pay a higher price for—except you don’t.
