Busy location, but clean and very nice. Probably my favorite Chuze out of the three I visit (Littleton and Monaco). I would ask that you please put warm/yellow light bulbs in the steam room instead of bright/white. Monaco uses warm lighting and it's much more relaxing.

Don’t change the stuff you have now because it’s the culture that matters there and it’s clean that’s the reason I switched and drive out of my way to avoid the Bowles one. I go in the mornings everyone there is a friendly kind outgoing they remember your names. The place is so clean and nice. I heard there’s a new general manager hopefully she doesn’t make changes that change people wanting to be a part of that atmosphere.
