Everyone at my location practices good gym etiquette. The employees always greet everyone warmly as they enter and leave. The location is very clean: everyone wipes down equipment after themselves and the employees keep the general areas clean by vacuuming and scrubbing. All the gym-goers are focused on exercise and don't bother others. When I can't reach parts of equipment to adjust the height (I'm extremely short), others are happy to help.

I loved the one that used to be in Rancho Bernardo, but it moved to Encinitas. So now I go to the one in Escondido. They keep improving it, and do a great job of keeping it clean and the machines in good shape. It's nice that it isn't over-run, so you can usually have access to whatever equipment you need.

Staff members come and go, but amazingly the replacements continue to be friendly and helpful regardless of how their day may be going. Facility continues to be very clean and equipment in excellent condition and working order.

Great Gym , very clean and always well maintained , wonderfull classes and instructors , great varierty of machines and weights. Amazing staff very friendly and welcoming and always willing to help , it has one person infrared Sauna , Massage chair and hydromassage which is great for recovery , all members are really nice and friendly feels very safe and comfortable . Highly recommend this gym .

I like the fact that the gym is always extremely clean. Everyone is always friendly. As soon as you walk in they say hello, and they always greet you on your way out. I do wish you'd offer another Chuze Gold class on Fridays because the new Zumba teacher is too fast & strenuous for this 74-year-old body. Estelle was perfect. I also wish that I could hire somebody there to walk me around and teach me the proper way to use all of the equipment so that I do not injure myself. We all love the location because it's close and the parking is good.
