I am a notorious gym rat and have been a member at various gyms in SoCal and I can say by far that Chuze, especially the Escondido branch, has the cleanest facility and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Thank you for your classes taught by Donna B. And thank you for caring. Also - I have taken classes by Donna recently at 24 Hour in Escondido at LaTarraza. People in the class expressed their disappointment that the Escondido Mall gym location had closed. I informed them that Chuze Fitness would be moving into that location and that Donna is also an instructor with Chuze. They were surprised and happy to learn that a gym would be back at the Escondido Mall location - and that Donna was with an instructor -- but they were not familiar with Chuze. I told them about the current Chuze location and that they could take Donna's classes there. :-) Of course they asked about 1- Cleanliness and 2 - Cost. I told them Chuze is the cleanest ever. I didn't have any special info to share about cost. But, maybe you will. ;-) Thanks!

First of all, I have been a member of 24hr for over 30 plus years and have seen it go down hill with its overall membership. Chuze is very refreshing and great!!! Your customer service is excellent, the place is super clean and equipment is well maintained. I look forward to your new location opening up in Escondido !!! If I may suggest Hammer strength equipment is superior to have in the gyms, not Matrix. If you are looking for more feed back on equipment please email me for I have been a Gym professional for a long time.

I love the convivence and affordability. The staff is very friendly and I really enjoy Warrior Rhythm, Yoga Sculpt and Yoga. I do wish there was a cardio option other than Zumba, but I realize that it's popular and I am the outlier.

It’s very clean and generally not too crowded. And very convenient to where I live.

Everyone at my location practices good gym etiquette. The employees always greet everyone warmly as they enter and leave. The location is very clean: everyone wipes down equipment after themselves and the employees keep the general areas clean by vacuuming and scrubbing. All the gym-goers are focused on exercise and don't bother others. When I can't reach parts of equipment to adjust the height (I'm extremely short), others are happy to help.

The staff is excellent. Classes and instructors are great and the gym is a nice place to go to. I like the buddy paddle because my son can come with me to the gym .
