First the cleanliness. The most important thing in going to a gym when it is high risk to catch something. Second the variety updated equipment. Next the staff. The large theater room. The other extra perks. Great ambiance.

Love the gym with everything it has to offer. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 10 is when the rare chances it is closed it would be nice if they posted it on the app. Twice I have gone and it was closed with no notice

Your staff is very assertive and always make me feel welcomed. The young lady with braids has great customer service and shares her pleasant personality. The main guy is a jerk, however; he is the Pilar of your gym. a successful business needs a bad guy. He honestly just keeps his standards. Chuze is awesome and clean

I love everything about this gym. The classes are always amazing - adding body pump heavy two times a week has been a game changer. The team training staff is always full of energy (personally have been enjoying Dominique's classes, so much fun!). The staff is always so welcoming, the gym is ALWAYS clean or in the process of being cleaned OR BOTH, so really it's the best part of my mornings!
