Fullerton Chuze is probably my favorite location now with the sauna upgrade. The temperature is great, super hot and effective. I think the temperature allows ppl to get in there and out quicker so that it's not super-packed during rush hours. I hope it never changes!! It's definitely better than the Temple City sauna, and that one is also great. Customer service is always great when I talk to them. Some of the machines may need to be checked, I noticed that some ellipticals in the Cinema Room have a weird squeak when being used. Also noticed at times that there are missing weights from the 2nd level set that overlooks the 1st floor (not the turf area). Other than, love the place. Lift Lab is perfect too.

I really enjoy working out at the Fullerton Chuze location. One of the things I appreciate most is the wide variety of training classes they offer—there’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level or goals. Each trainer brings their own unique energy and style to the classes, which keeps things fresh and motivating. The gym itself is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. The equipment is in great condition, and I never have to wait long to use anything. The staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, and every time I’ve needed assistance or had a question, they’ve gone out of their way to help. Overall, the environment is welcoming, supportive, and perfect for anyone looking to stay consistent with their fitness journey. I highly recommend this location!

My goodness, the beauty and excellence of Ralph Montanez when I walk through those big silver doors is the primary reason I fall head over heels for this gym. He sits there and exudes kindness and character. My heart stops and my breath is taken away. The only moment I take my eyes off his is when I scan the QR code for that glorious little "beep" that indicates I'm officially checked in to paradise on Earth. Never change, Fully. Never change, Ralphy.
