The equipment is new and in good working order everyone wipes down their equipment after they’re done. They have moist towels for that purpose. The staff is very helpful … they go out of their way to help you the recovery room is very useful. They have different massage chairs and tanning so far I’m having a wonderful experience

I love this location and everything I need equipment wise is there. The time I go I am able to find equipment to use and if its taken then i dont need to wait long as members are considerable towards others waiting. The facility is clean and have wipes for members to wipe down equipment which compared to other gym memberships i have had at other gyms, THIS is 10 out of 10 a need and other gyms lack this or they use a spray bottle with cleaning chemicals and paper towels, which in and of itself is more work to keep properly stocked. The chemical wipes at Chuze are the BEST route for cleaning equipment. The staff is always friendly saying welcoming even when I may not be in a good mood, a hello or goodbye and wishing a good day can go a long way changing attitudes in a positive manner, which as occurred for myself at times.
