I really enjoy coming to this chuze. I like the lifting lab a lot. However, I’ve noticed that about 3-4 people let others in today. I think it would be great if regular barcode checks were made, especially when it’s busy. It feels a bit unfair that those who pay to use the amenities have to wait because some people choose to sneak into the room.

Definitely friendly environment , from front desk staff to instructors to managers. Shout out to the mother of GG Chuze Kanani for an exceptional member service she provided trying to resolve my account getting mix up with my husbands account. We tried bringing the issue up to the front desk and manager but they can't seem to resolve the issues. That's when i went up to Kanani for further review . She help us communicate with Perkville and Chuze IT to find a solution, after 2 weeks and multiple emails back and forth , we're finally back on track. She's the most patient person we ever met and Chuze is lucky to have her on the team. Love the classes line up and instructors were super knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care for our health. One concern i have was regarding points. I understand that points were not added til after 48 hours .On several occassions, they're not even added at all. . I spoke to Yanet from Perkville, she said it may be the instructors are not closing out the class properly so members are not getting the proper credit since she has to add them manually . Hopefully somebody can look into this and give us the points we work hard for.

I’m so happy with chuze. I’ve gone to 24 hour and planet fitness and chuze blows them out of the water on price. You get more bang for your buck. The kids center is awesome. If I had a kid I’d be so blessed to have child care. Machines are great and get fixed in a timely manner. And there’s multiple of the machines. Saunas awesome, steam rooms awesome, and love having the pool whenever I want to go for a swim. Best gym I’ve been to. Usually with other gyms I’m burnt out and don’t want to go back, but the atmosphere and the amenities keep me coming back

This was my first time working out at that location and I was taking a class for the first time as well, so I had questions. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, and I felt very welcomed. The class instructor was awesome and very motivating. Although this location is further away, I may make this my home location. Thanks!
