The have the most professional staff that I have seen in all of the gyms that I've been to around San diego. For me, it matters the most that you're really welcomed/acknowledged at the desk and that there are staff constantly attending to the facility.
I've managed and owned several gyms in the past and these were always my non-negotiables.
Take care of the members and the facility. That helps create a great workout environment.
I also like the parking there too.

Inclusivity! I appreciate the safe space your company creates by recognizing/celebrating the diverse backgrounds of individuals that use the facilities from Women's month to Black History month to Pride month. It also makes me feel very welcome! As do the staff that consistently great me when I come in and are prompt to respond to requests for help. The facility is clean - which I really appreciate when it comes to the bathrooms, though it's consistently clean all around. Thank you!
