It’s clean and most machines are accessible,peak hours are everywhere.Close to home,wish they were a little bigger but it works. 18 years a member and I have no regrets! Memberships are fairly priced and lots to offer.

I appreciate that music isn’t too loud, that there are all types of gym-goers demographically (age, body types, etc.), that it’s a friendly place and not super intimidating to walk into, and that the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in, they greet me with a genuine smile and I really appreciate that, it goes a long way. I also like that the gym is well lit but not too bright inside and I love the saunas and massage chairs. And I like treadmills and “turf” areas being in a variety of places (downstairs and upstairs).

I had a good experience. It was a rainy day so it wasn’t too busy, which was nice! I actually used the app to see which hours were less busy so I could make sure I could use a machine, the sauna and hydro massage 😊
