Chuze has changed there hours which is great! They open at 4am now so I can work out before work. The La Mesa Chuze has kept there tanning beds which is great too. A few of them got rid of them.

The La Mesa location is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. It’s not super crowded and the employees seem to take pride in caring for the cleanliness and appearance of the gym. Plus there isn’t many equipment that is out of order like the other locations.

The staff is incredibly friendly. They keep the gym immaculately clean and fresh. Im 72 years old and there are quite a number of members my age group. The members of all ages appear to be friendly as well. I noticed a young man talking to alot of people. Both young and not young. Turns out he was an employee just working out. I would definitely recommend Chuze Grossmont to anyone.

The classes and teachers are great. Gym is always clean. The only complaint I have is that many people camp out on the weight equipment while on their phone which makes it difficult to get time on a machine as they sit there for long periods of time. Would be good if someone could police that at times.

Very clean. I saw Jose one of the managers going beyond by cleaning the area where the TVs are, he's also constantly cleaning the floors and making sure theres wipes in the containers for us to wipe the machines. Also the other day I accidentally spilled all my water on the floor and without hesitation he cleaned it up for me. Very friendly and clean place

The gym has a a laid back vibe. Is usually not outrageously crowded. The gym area is clean and has a good selection of machines and weights. The reasonably extended hours are good.
