Nice and clean place that incentive exercise. The only complaint i have is that somedays of the week the gym is full and takes long time to get to the machines
I would like to request that Dalal’s yoga classes stay 75 minutes long.
To start, Dalal is a great yoga teacher who genuinely cares about her students and their wellbeing. She gets to know each student at a personal level and is available for advice and words of wisdom.
The 75 minute class is beneficial because it offers the opportunity to get deep into the yoga poses. Yoga is not a workout, it is a work in. Yoga is meditation, breathing, and poses. Having 75 mins allows for the practice to go deeper and truly explore and become ‘better’ at yoga. Especially, having a teacher at the caliber of Dalal that is there to guide.
If the class gets shorten, then you are doing a disservice to all the yogis/gym members. Chuze is suppose to be a beacon in the community that offers a place to grow. Cutting this class is cutting resources to your gym members.
This change will negatively impact many yogis who come to practice because we will be unable to truly explore and better ourselves.
Thank you for your consideration.
At the La Mesa Chuze, where I go, there are numerous classes suitable for older adults. The instructors are excellent, the attendees friendly, and the staff helpful. The place is always clean. I feel appreciated every time I visit. Thank you!
The staff are friendly.
They keep the gym free and the weights and training areas organized.
The bathrooms are clean.
I love the variety of exercise stations and the many resistance machines.
I appreciate that, unlike some gyms, the trainers are hustling vitamins and other consumables. That’s not their PRIMARY job as was the case with a rival gym meeting that I overheard at a coffee shop many years ago!
The people who go there are friendly and positive.
The gym is clean and in good shape. Equipment is maintained and upgraded regularly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when it’s busy there is still room to do some kind of workout and you don’t have to wait long.
I like the variety of machines and weights. I like the culture of the place meaning like there are social rules and gym etiquette that people follow really well.
