It’s a very enjoyable and positive experience. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s low key which is comforting as I am a retiree and feel that I belong there as opposed to instead going to a hardcore gym.

My partner Matt and I love coming to the La Mesa more than Santee for the versatility. Will and Jess know us so well they are never surprised when they see us come in. The cleanliness is immaculate and there is a huge array to help spread out different workout stations, whether cardio, weight lifting benches, various machines, etc. The only thing that would have this location outdo Santee from my experience would be in the corner where the squat racks are. Having 4 squat racks total or a division between 2 squat racks and 2 Smith machines would make it easier to not have to wait 10-15 minutes do do exercises in that area since it's limited to 2 squat racks, 1 smith machine, and 1 pad area.

Chuze La Mesa makes sure that all equipment and the whole gym is clean and presentable so that customers can workout without smelly weights, dirty floors, and broken equipment. From management to associate all Employees greet me with a smile and great customer service when I arrive making sure I feel seen and heard. Kasey Tut Jess Mackenzie and the whole team is awesome and does an amazing job! They go above and beyond and it shows and puts this Club far ahead of any LA Fitness or 24 Hr Fitness I've ever been to! Thank you Chuze La Mesa for making my workout experience the best it can be!

After coming from a 24 hour fitness gym, this specific Chuze location is 5 star. It is clean, doesn’t stink, it has great classes, and i love the infrared sauna and the chair massager. The staff is sometimes not attentive but most young people aren’t… their phones take up their time. But otherwise, i love this gym and am committed to going more!
