The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym members are dedicated to fitness and responsive to the time and needs of other members. The gym is cleaned and organized by both members and the staff. I love the Infrared Saunas and the Hydromassage beds. I like the variety is Strength Machines and their organized placement for Upper and Lower body focused training.

The La Mesa location is terrific. A 10 out of 10. Jose and his crew are always welcoming and keep the facility clean and in excellent condition. With all the equipment I need, amazing hours, and the friendly staff, it couldn’t be any better.

Small family feel. People don't seem to "hang out" on machines like "the other place" I belong to. Plenty of treadmills. Front desk is always friendly and helpful.

I like the cleanliness of the building and actual paper towels in the bathroom instead of hand dryers. The equipment is well maintained, and the layout is nice and spacious. Even though it was quite busy, I really enjoyed my workout yesterday. Thank you!

Un lugar donde tienen buena actitud de las personas que ahí asisten, muy amables, y casi nunca espero para usar alguna máquina para ejercitar, lo que me gustaría que pudiera agarrar clases sin usar otra vez mi tarjeta, me he perdido de algunas😥. 🙌🏼

The entire gym and all of the amenities are incredibly clean. I love the wipes and the expectation that everyone is required to clean up after themselves as well. The staff is friendly and they are always on the floor making sure everything is up to par.
