Absolutely love it there especially the ice bath and I love all the new equipment but the extra special thing I really like too is the massaging machines I think it's called the gravity and the room it's in very very nice

Gym is always clean, good amenities, but the best part are the people. We get there most days within 15 min of opening in the morning (4am-4:15am), your morning crew always greets us with a smile.
