Overall, the facility is fantastic, clean and overloaded with many amazing amenities. One feedback would be the staff seem lackadaisical and uninterested. They will help, but it sometimes seems begrudgingly as though I am bothering them. My other feedback is that the circuit training machines are sorely abused. Many people do not know what they are and will plant themselves on the machines and stay there working out for a long time. There is no clear signage or explanation of what they are meant for. I personally only use them as my main workout and am frustrated that the staff and the clientele couldn't care less if they use them properly. I have even started conflict trying to use the machines for what they are intended. Ugh! Please put up signs and an email explaining why they are there.

Very clean -- I like all of the wipe stations throughout as well as a staff who proactively cleans equipment, floors, and bathrooms. This is priority #1 for me and you guys rock it! Equipment -- I really like the diversity of equipment, and number of items, you have at all three gyms I go to (Lakewood, Littleton, and Englewood) Staff -- Love the friendly staff; this is a huge differentiator from other gyms. Value -- What you charge per month for what I get is well worth it.

Outside in the parking lot, the first thing you think its crazy in there. When you walk in its so big, Ive never had to wait for equipment you want to work on. This Chuz Firness in Lakewood is huge, and very clean!
