Very clean facility and polite staff. All the equipment it there that you would need. I do wish there was a lift lab at this location, and that ll of the benches on the floor were the bendable ones as those are the more versatile and pepople are alwyas waiting for those benches.

I love the team training and the timed circuit weights. For improvement, I would like the staff to ensure that people are not just sitting on machines/benches playing on their phones. And how about adding a cold plunge?

Chuze is clean, efficient exercise machines, good classes, and most important to me is the pool is warm. I use it all the time and it needs to be warm for me as I get older.

I hit the Bowles Chuze in Littleton, CO early in the morning and everyone is usually smiling and cheerfully greet me (and others coming through the front door). The gym is kept very clean and there's generally enough machines and free weights to work out without a wait. The only thing I would suggest is that signs be put on the saunas to keep voices down during use (as well as the hydromassage room). With the saunas, it's usually a wind-down time for most of us and talking loudly in the confined space is anything but relaxing. For the hydromassage room, the chairs are mechanically louder with the work they are doing, so people talking loudly in there also does not lend to a peaceful environment, either. Hopefully this bit of info is used constructively and not as a negative towards the staff or facility. Thank you to all at the Bowles location for making it a great experience.

Good gym and clean. You need more Body Pump classes on the weekend... they are overbooked and there is clear demand. Way too many dance classes.

The aqua classes are amazing! Meylissa, Marlon and Krystal are just incredible (and Kath of course when she subs from HR). I love my Chuze mermaid community! It would be much appreciated if you would install a swimsuit dryer/spinner at the Littleton gym. :)
