Where do I begin... From the warm welcoming smiles to the clean, attitude-free workouts, fully heated co-ed sauna, red therapy and more! I finally feel free to work out as I please without the intimidation of others. It makes the workout experience feel more private and engaging. Thanks Long Beach Chuze. I love Chuze Fitness. It's less than 5 minutes from my house. The staff is very friendly. I love the classes - Les Mills Body Pump and Zumba. I go to this gym regularly. I am so glad Chuze Fitness came to North Long Beach, CA

I love the atmosphere, how spacious the gym is so I don’t have to wait for my turn to do a set. The amenities are perfect for an after workout relaxation session. Accessible water whenever I need, helpful and positive staff and the smoothie bar is very tasty.
