They have the best machines and they are clean They have nice tanning and they have a friendly staff I desperately wished they had hydro massage beds so I wouldn’t have to travel to Winrock when I’m done working out on Lomas. I also wished they had a hook for your clothes in the tanning so you wouldn’t have to put them on the floor and a chair to sit on to pout you clothes and tennis shoes back on and a mirror so you can brush your hair after taking your hair clip off after pinning your hair up to tan. Thank you

Plenty of machines and variety too. Good hours, makes getting to the gym easier. The motto “less attitude, more fitness” is great although there is still a little bit of attitude, I guess that’s only natural.

When you come in, everybody speaks. The manager makes you feel very comfortable because he literally calls you by name before and after your workout. Even at 4:30 a.m. The girl at the front desk has an amazing attitude and makes you feel like you're special on a part of a family, not just a member at a gym. I have never walked in and been disappointed at this gym
