I love the layout, machines, and overall lighting and vibe. The facility has easy parking. It is always clean. Though I don't rely on them much, the front desk staff are very upbeat and polite.

It's a gym for all fitness levels. The staff are friendly and eager to help when needed. Good equipment and the atmosphere of the gym is always positive and inviting. Only thing I wish they had was the mag grip attachments for the cable machines. It would be nice to have those. All in all, great gym and good atmosphere.

The environment and staff are welcoming to people of all ages and all levels of fitness. There is a great variety of good equipment for all types of exercise. The atmosphere is upbeat and encouraging, from the cheerful decor to the warm smiles of staff members as you enter and leave the gym. I’ve tried other gyms where I felt disparaged because I’m a senior, because I don’t wear trendy workout clothes, or because I’m not an impressive athlete. Chuze is a place where I really like to go and can have a good workout when I get there.

Chuze is the cleanest, most professional, and complete gym there is. The smoothie bar, trainers, massage beds, classes - everything is worth the premium membership hands down. I just redeemed my points for a free month and I'm almost at my year anniversary. Chuze has helped me increase my health and strength.

I love the warm, welcoming atmosphere when I first walk in and the goodbye when I leave. And I also like the zero gravity chair #1, and also the sauna rooms way hotter over here, I wish La Mesa would get this hot, I really like the vibe at this gym and the bar, so much fun!

The staff were very welcoming and said hello upon my arrival. It’s nice see the staff happy and pleasant. Really liked the big vent fan by the men’s restroom. Sometimes this location gets stuffy but that fan really makes the air fresh.
