I like it's all one level, that there is a ramp to the cardio area for disabled and elderly people. The kids who work at the desk are genuinely friendly, not fake like at Planet Fitness. The temp control is great, not too hot, not too cold. The music isn't too loud. There are a lot of machines. I almost never have to wait to workout. I think the fact that you have the infrared and regular sauna is really great, very healing.
