I love the equipment and the lay out of the gym. Everything is clean and fairly new. Feels spacious, you have room to work out in whichever area you choose. I do wish they would add a protein shake bar like the one in mission valley. They have the space in the front and I feel like it would be a big hit. I love that I can occasionally grab a protein shake after my work out at the mission valley location.

Staff are friendly, not like it used to be before, but somehow friendly. It is not as crowded as the one in Chula Vista. However, the reason I'm giving NC Chuze Fitness a 9 this time, is because lately I have seen members drinking and wearing inappropriate gym attire (such as shower shoes sandals) and staff at the counter don't even bother to call it to their attention.

The employees seems to genuinely care. I don't say it in a rude way but it's always hard to know how much an employee will move after feedback is given. I changed my gym routine to avoid more issues but the staff in the front would ensure to smile and wish me a good day. I hate bringing up a bad experience or complaint at the gym but it does feel like the staff has every client's best interest in mind.

Lulu is a phenomenal instructor. Her classes are fun & it’s a great caloric burn. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean, and the saunas are great.
