Feedback for Chuze Fitness – Upland vs. La Verne Locations
I’ve been a Chuze member at the La Verne location for over a year, and we recently moved and started going to the Upland location. I have to say—I like this location much better.
The Upland facility is spotless, the wipes are always stocked, and all of the sinks work. These had been ongoing issues at La Verne, though I will say they’ve been improving over the last few months.
The equipment at Upland is also a step up. The machines are excellent—though I am wondering, where’s the Hip Thrust machine?
One of my favorite parts of my routine is running for an hour on the treadmill after lifting, and the theater at Upland is drastically better. The sound system feels like a real theater, and the signs reminding folks to stay quiet make a huge difference. At La Verne, you can barely hear the movie (the sound is poor), everyone is talking (even your staff when they are dusting and chatting with each other). The contrast between the two theaters is night and day. None of this nonsense at the Upland location.
Overall, I’m very happy with Upland—it’s a great upgrade.
The staff are very friendly and they guide you the first time , show you around how to operate equipment…
It’s very big spacious and has so many machines so it’s convenient for everyone….
Safe and secure place
I absolutely love coming to Chuze Fitness! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like more than just a gym—it feels like a community. The equipment is always spotless and well-maintained, which really shows the staff’s attention to detail and care for members.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Sam! She is always so helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about making members feel comfortable and supported. Her positive energy makes such a difference and is a big reason why I look forward to coming here.
Chuze Fitness truly sets the bar high, and I can’t recommend it enough!
I absolutely LOVE the team training class!! I love all the classes really but i make it a point to make team training 3-5x a week (depending on my work schedule). I love the friendly greeting I get when I walked through the door and a friendly goodbye when I leave. I love the cleanliness, and all the variety of classes that is offered. And the protein bar?! I’ve never been to a gym that had one before, and I can’t imagine going to a gym that doesn’t have one now.
